如果你是剛開始運動的人,你可以看我朋友LIZ的姿勢。他的骨盆在上去跟下來的時候會彎減少核心的使用度。
不過如果你是有在運動的人,看我的姿勢。從頭到膝蓋上去跟下去都是一直線。只有手在動。
如果你覺得腰的下方會酸,可以把雙腳離地,減輕下方腰部的壓力。如果沒有這個問題可以雙腳放在地上。

But if you are advanced do my form head to knees straight line. only move your arms.

If you feel too much pressure on your lower back your can lift up your feet off the ground.
